- You grant moderators of this forum the right to delete, move or edit any topic at any time.Well let me just start out by saying that this si a naruto and bleach based rpg forum and that if you want to add another char. that deals nothing with naruto or bleach then you are on the wrong site also let me say that this sites settings are based off of bleach as well as the groups but the ranks and anime pics should be that of ninja ( noticed I said ninja instead of naruto) this is beacuse of the fact that we will not aloow users to use naruto char(s). you are however allowed to use the clan member names( this is a requirement ). Also as for the rules go all users should obey higher ranks, all users are required to take 1 of 5 tests to change the rank that they are assigned all users are suppose to respect each other, and roleplay according to rpg standards ( use * for emotions ) ( use :: for movemants you would like to display) and ( anything narration is just typed out.) another rule is to obey all rules or you will suffer the consequences Also no asking for ranks, and the last and most inportant rule is to have fun, and enjoy what you love doing RPG!!!
